Lona Haddadi
Lona was called to the Bar of England and Wales and spent some time working in the different London's Chambers before starting her work in the Children and Family department of the Solicitors' Chambers in London as an Advocate. She left the Solicitors' Chambers after 8 years to join the Care and Adoption Team of Farrell Matthews and Weir in July 2006.
Lona has Higher Courts Rights of Audience in All Proceedings and is a member of the Children Panel and the Association of Lawyers for children . Lona has experience in wide range of issues including non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse, neglect, contact and residence dispute including cases with international element. Lona represents parents, and children within the private and public Law Proceedings.
Lona undertakes the advocacy for all of her cases including the advocacy at the Fact-Finding hearings and the final hearings at all levels of the courts.
